About
Built by engineers, for engineers
Clairvio is an on-demand session replay and diagnostics tool built to close the gap between a customer's bug report and what actually happened in their browser.
The company
Clairvio is an independent software product built and maintained by Nate Denlinger, a software engineer based in Cincinnati, OH. It grew out of a recurring problem: support and engineering teams wasting hours trying to reproduce bugs from vague descriptions, when the real answer was sitting in the customer's browser console the whole time.
The core idea is simple — a dormant <1 kB loader sits on your site and does nothing until a support agent sends a magic link. The customer opens it, the full capture library activates, and a pixel-perfect session replay streams to the agent's dashboard in real time. No always-on tracking. No GDPR headaches for sessions you didn't ask for. One session per ticket.
The founder
Nate Denlinger
Nate has nearly two decades of experience in software development, working across the full stack from frontend UIs to high-throughput backend APIs. He currently leads engineering at RoveIQ, where he architects Go APIs handling over three million daily requests on AWS and leads SvelteKit application development for a network of 500+ smart kiosks nationwide.
Clairvio is one of several independent products he has built alongside his primary engineering work, alongside TestAPI.io (API testing and mocking) and Docubark (third-party risk management). The stack reflects his day-to-day tooling: Go backend, SvelteKit frontend, Postgres and Redis, deployed on AWS.
